Just got new hardwood floors today.....

....and had my first photoshoot on it. They look fabulous don't they? Oh...and the model doesn't look half bad either.

It's been one long weekend

....but this shot made it all worth while.

I started off this morning at Carmen's house. She has the most whimsical vintage hillbilly house that you've ever seen! But it was wonderful for photoshoots. Sort of magical, but with a hint of irony.

I also design Tutus

One of my models, Tiffany, has this very punky edge about her and I had an idea to to this sorta rocker shoot with a tutu. And while searching online I found a site that I really liked, but their tutu's were over $100 bucks. I mean, they were nice....but not that nice. So I decided to make my own.....maybe if the photography thing doesn't pan out I'll make tutus for a living. :)

Blowing Bubbles

Went down to San Francisco today for a shoot. We left a little early so we could shopping at the huge Forever 21 they have down there and then around 3pm we headed over to the model's house to shoot.

I'm always surprised on sometimes how unprepared we are and somehow we just pull ideas out of our asses by evaulating what we have around us and then we come up with such wonderful images. That seems to always happen to me, but it always works out in the end. I'll be editing a few of those later this week. But for now I'm leaving you with this wonderful image that gives me this swelling of joy in my heart. Hope you feel the same when you see it.
